CLOSING THE LOOP WITH JANGRO CIRCULAR!

Regular readers of our blog will know just how serious we are about creating a more sustainable world of cleaning. We are always looking for ways to reduce our own environmental impact and support our customers to do the same.

That’s why we are thrilled to partner with cleaning product manufacturer SYR on an exciting, sustainable initiative. This collaboration supports our new Jangro Circular programme, which is designed to reduce waste by keeping products and materials in use for as long as possible. We want to ‘close the loop’ by preventing unnecessary waste from being generated and, instead, reuse or recycle products or materials to create something new.

SYR shares this goal making our partnership a perfect match! As a manufacturer of plastic products, it is also striving for a circular economy. Together, we have created a hassle-free system for the disposal of old plastic cleaning tools and buckets that are worn or need to be replaced. Our customers can simply return them to their nearest Jangro depot or arrange for them to be picked up by one of our friendly Jangro distributors. They are then collected by SYR to be recycled – keeping this ‘would-be’ waste
in circulation, transforming it into new products, and reducing the amount of virgin plastic
needed.

We hope this initiative will help our customers to cut their own carbon footprint and reach their own green goals. It can assist them in making more sustainable decisions when it comes to products that have come to the end of their lives.

Jangro Circular is just one of our many initiatives. We continue to measure and cut our own emissions via our certification with Planet Mark, whilst supporting our customers in their own environmental endeavours through innovations such as our ntrl range of cleaning products, sustainable packaging, and our RRR (Return, Reuse, Recycle) service
